1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Green Camp Egypt ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, tours, and activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or participate in our activities. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Certain activities may have additional age or health requirements, which will be specified in the activity description.

4. Account Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Booking and Reservations

5.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send you a confirmation email.

5.2 Payment and Fees

Prices for our services are listed on our website or provided during the booking process. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified. Full payment is typically required 30 days before the trip start date for multi-day trips and at the time of booking for day trips.

5.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the trip: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the trip: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 0-14 days before the trip: No refund

Specific trips may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

6. Trip Participation and Conduct

6.1 Health and Fitness

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation or require a doctor's note for certain activities if we have concerns about your ability to safely participate.

6.2 Code of Conduct

Participants must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or dangerous to themselves or others, without refund.

6.3 Environmental Responsibility

Participants must follow Leave No Trace principles and minimize environmental impact. This includes proper waste disposal, respecting wildlife, staying on designated trails, and complying with rules in protected areas.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree to release Green Camp Egypt, its owners, employees, and agents from liability for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses (except in cases of gross negligence).

Certain activities may require signing a separate waiver form. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Camp Egypt or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

9. Photos and Media

We may take photographs or videos during trips for promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you grant us permission to use your likeness in such materials unless you expressly notify us in writing otherwise. We also encourage participants to share their photos, but please respect the privacy of other participants when doing so.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services in connection with our activities, including transportation, accommodations, equipment rental, and payment processing. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, terrorism, government actions, and outbreaks of infectious disease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
